We will contact you with rates and availability for the dates you request. Availability is quoted "AT THIS TIME." There are some very busy times when rooms book early and fast. Because this is not a secure connection, we do not request a credit card number and therefore do not confirm reservations online. In order to confirm a reservation, you can call or fax us with your information and we will send or fax you a confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A credit card number, or prepayment for the first rental period (two weeks or one month) is required to secure the reservation. Prepayment for the first rental period is due on arrival, if not paid prior to arrival. If a credit card number is given to secure a room, it will be charged for the first rental period on arrival date unless cancellation has been made one week prior to arrival date for weekly rentals, or two weeks prior to arrival date for monthly rentals.
Please take note of the following:

AMENITIES, CONDITIONS & HOUSE RULES:
• You may choose one appliance from each category for use in the kitchen.
• We cannot accommodate pets, except for seeing eye dogs.
• We welcome children. If your little one needs a crib, please request it when reserving. There is no charge for children under 7 years old.
